Registration Pricing

After you have evaluated Cashbook Complete and found that it is suitable for your business, we ask that you register it. After registering, you will be able to use the Custom Report Writer (applies to Lite and Complete versions), and will be able to set up different Security Privileges for each user (Complete only).

Support
As a registered user, you will be entitled to three FREE support calls or emails.  After the three free support calls, you can purchase another three for $50.  You'll find a lot of common support questions are answered on our Frequently Asked Questions page.

Registration on a Datafile Basis
Please note that the registration is on a datafile basis. This allows you to access the datafile from multiple PCs on a network, share your datafile with your accountant, or use your datafile at multiple locations (such as home and office). This method doesn't require you to register the software for each PC or lock you into any yearly fees.  If you need to restore from a backup, your registration details will also be restored.

If you set up several data files for several organisations, then each one will need to be registered separately. You should not create a new data file at the end of a financial year.

Refunds
We do not give refunds for registration codes, so please make sure that the software meets your requirements before registering.
